Absolute trash, applied for a simple payday loan and now being told they will have it processed by 9:00pm tonight. If you require immediate funds, look elsewhere. Giving three stars. First loan I did I was told it was 300$ minimum after requesting just 150$ so I did the 300$. Paid it off, and now I reloaned, I see in the email it states that the minimum is 100$ so I don't understand why I was told 300$ minimum. They said they would make an exception and do a 150$ loan this time but I feel it's misleading to customers and for people who may be desperate for funds, they could feel that they have no other option but to take the 300$. Please change your email to customers and all will be better, but just at least let people know of the miscommunication on your end.

Really bad experience, scammer’s. I took a loan on Thursday (6/12)of $300 which I had to repay on the following Thursday (6/19)for $342. On that day I needed to re loan for one more week, they told me that they have to wait till the money hits their a/c which takes 3days or else I could e-transfer the amount and they will cancel the bank withdrawal which I did and got the 2 loan for $400 which I need to repay in 7 days. But they process the payment and got debited $342 again so in total I paid $684 for a $300 loan and the refund will be after 3 days which is on Wednesday and I got to repay the $400 plus interest on Thursday now I have to pay the interest for the money they have ,Never ever these guys. Don’t e-transfer the amount they will take the amount twice.

These are a solid and are always there when I’m in a pinch. I find the other lenders are there only when you have money, and won’t lend to you if you have any nsfs which defeats the purpose? 5 solid stars from me.

Terrible service. They advertise on their website that things go quick and easy, and it’s as easy as 1,2,3. That is not the case at all. Their bank verification doesn’t even work on their website, causing unnecessarily delays. And their website has false advertising. They don’t give out $20,000 loans. The rep told me that but yet they have it all over their website. After all the verification they have the nerve to offer me only a quarter of my pay. Most payday loaning places will at least give you 40-50% as a first time client. I spoke to a manager who still couldn’t explain how I got offered so low. With all the guarantees I provided what a disappointment. Go somewhere else.

I paid off my balance last Thursday, and before I did so I had emailed and asked if I could re-loan they said yes I would be able to re-loan. When I do go to re-loan I get denied before I could even do the banking verification. When I phone to speak to a representative I was told that they aren’t doing payday loans for at least 2 weeks leaving me with no money to pay bills or do anything. If I knew that was the situation I would have only made a partial payment. In the future maybe they shouldn’t be telling people they can re-loan when they cannot.
